Perennial Properties is planning two new loft developments on North Highland Avenue in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. The two new loft complexes, Grinnell Lofts and North Highland Steel Lofts will be situated on North Highland across the street from the Inman Park Village development, and just down the street from restaurants such as Fritti and Sotto Sotto. The two new construction lofts will be part of a mixed use development with the North Highland Steel Lofts being a 4 story 240 unit apartment building with 30,000 sq feet of retail, and the Grinnell lofts being 24 condos priced from the mid $250,000’s to over $500,000.

The development will be bounded on one side by the proposed beltline.
