To be located at 3630 Peachtree Road, two elegant glass towers are going to change the skyline of Buckhead as 4 developers join forces to build a $300 million mixed use project.

The South Tower will be a 36 story, 655,000 square foot combination of Class A and commercial office space with 84 luxury condominium residences sitting on top of the offices, and will face Peachtree Road. The condos will range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet and will be priced starting at $650,000 and going upwards of $1 million.

The 29 story North Tower will be approximately 275,000 square feet and will hold 200 upscale residential condominiums averaging 1,700 square feet.

Restaurants, retailers and a landscaped plaza will connect the two towers. Beneath the north tower a parking garage will accommodate 1,860 vehicles.

Builders expect to break ground in late summer of 2006 with officed and condos being ready in late 2008.
