The Dogwood Festival is an annual event held in Piedmont Park marking the arrival of springtime and the beautiful Atlanta weather. The festival is held over three days, the 7th 8th and 8th of April this year, and this will be the 70th holding of the event.

The festival features music, food and drink vendors, a kids village, artist market, and of course the Disc Dog Southern Nationals - dogs and their owners compete against other dog and owner teams in a variety flying disc competitions - a great spectator sport and crowd pleaser.
