Wieland plans condos

Developer John Wieland has purchased property in Midtown across from the Woodruff Arts Center with plans to build. The building will feature luxury condominiums ranging from 2,000 to 7,000 square feet in an architecturally significant complex. The building will also feature street level retail and a 15,000 sq foot art gallery.
