The City Hall East and it’s parking lot across the street are planned to be developed into condos, retail and restaurants, in an ambitious development called Ponce Park. Plans call for 80% of the space for residential use, both condos and apartments, and sizes ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms. The master plan calls for the creation of park space, and the development sits directly on the edge of the proposed beltline. The building that houses the Masquerade and is already set to be converted into condos is be adjacent to this project
