We spoke about DUO back in early December. Claudiu over at my urban city mentioned DUO last week. The buzz is incredible. Now it’s time for an update.

The first building is still scheduled to be completed in May of 2006. All of the two bedroom units have been sold for building 1. There are still 14 one bedroom units available in building 1 and the price is pretty good, starting in the $160’s. However, don’t wait too much longer if DUO is the loft project you want to live in. I just spoke with a sales agent today who told me that we can expect $20K-$30K price increases when building 2 units are released.
