Cousins Properties will vacate tenants from and demolish the twelve story Wachovia building at 605 Peachtree and plans to build a mixed use development. Cousins has also acquired two other buildings in the area, one of which currently houses an adult book store and plans to demolish those and build another mixed use project. With such investment by a heavy weight developer, it is clear they see SoNo as a future success.
