DUO is one of the latest Castleberry Hill loft projects and will consist of 80 lofts split between two buildings. DUO is located on Chapel Street and Hanes Street which makes access to Centennial Olympic Park, Philips Arena, the new Georgia Aquarium and many restaraunts and entertainment venues well within walking distance.

The first building should be completed in May of 2006 and will consist of 48 lofts. The second building will be finished in July of 2006 and will have 32 lofts. There will be small and large one bedroom units starting in the $160’s and two bedroom units starting in the $220’s.
