In the heart of Kirkwood, located on the corner of Hosea Williams and Howard Street, a new project is being developed. It will be called Kirkwood Station and will feature both commercial and residential space. The project will consist of 12,000 square feet of retail space and 23 residential units. The residential units will mostly be two story condos on top of the retail space, but 5 townhomes will also be built. The prices for the residential portion will start in the $290’s and go through the $400’s and should be ready by the end of 2006.
