Hartigan Ventures, LLC is rushing to complete their newest intown development project, The Townhomes at South Park Lofts. This new development will feature 15 new townhomes in an already established loft community. There will be five different floor plans and the two-level homes range in price from the $220’s to the $250’s. All units have two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and two-car garages. These new homes in the rapidly revitalizing Reynoldstown community should be ready by the end of November. 5 of the 15 have already been pre sold.
