Telephone Factory Open Studio Tour

The Telephone Factory is a loft apartment building in Poncey Highlands on Ralph McGill Blvd. Home to many artists, it hosts an annual open studio tour that allows visitors to view the insides of many lofts, view and purchase many types of art, and enjoy free refreshments.

The Poncey Highlands area is hot with new loft construction, including the Block Lofts, Copenhill Lofts and Freedom lofts, all on the same street, with the Sager Lofts and Glen Iris Lofts in close proximity. The train tressel that crosses Ralph McGill Blvd next to the Telephone Factory Lofts is part of the route of the proposed belt line rail line and will also be a train stop. Behind the Telephone Factory Lofts is the hip and very popular Two Urban Licks restaurant. The area offers easy Insterstate access via Freedom Parkway, is close to the Highlands, Little Five Points, and Midtown, as well as shopping.

If you are interested in living in this exciting part of town, please contact us.

The Telephone Factory Open Studio Tour is Saturday, December 3rd 11am to 7pm and Sunday, December 4th 1pm to 6pm, and is at the Telephone Factory Lofts, corner of Ralph McGill and Freedom Parkway.
